claude 0560684b35 kuma: a monitor must stay down before it wakes him (V-536)
Technitium read down on one poll and up on the next, sixty seconds apart, and
the sev4 arrived after the service was already back.

mavpoll writes a service_down fact only when the state changes, so the fact's
timestamp IS the moment the monitor went down and its age is how long it has
stayed there. The debounce is that age against MinDownAge, 90s — one poll
interval plus jitter. No history to keep and no counter to persist.

It bounds the alarm and not the truth: DownServices still reports a monitor the
instant it goes down, because /dash showing a fresh outage is right even when
phoning him about it is not. Existing fixtures that seeded a one-minute-old
down fact now seed five, which is what they always meant.

claude 7e21cd06b3 phraser: name the service that is down (V-444)
Stub and LLM paths both read loop.DownServices, so the message can never name
a service the predicate did not fire on. Two down at once are both named — he
needs the blast radius.

kami 47dda97226 tick: a disabled rule must not keep repeating its last alarm
`disabled_rules` stopped the loop from creating new nudges and did nothing
about the ones already sent. The sev4 repeat path does not consult the rule
set at all: RepeatUnacked re-sends any telegram nudge still at outcome=pending
every repeat_interval (5m by default), driven by store.UnackedTelegramRules.
So service_down kept arriving on a five-minute cadence after being switched
off, from a row written hours earlier — two messages after the deploy, which
is how it was found.

That cadence, not the unsealed database, is what "she keeps spamming me"
always was. The seal bug erased the acks that would have stopped it.

Filter the repeat keys against the wired rule set. Filtering on wired rather
than on the disabled list also silences a rule deleted from the code: nothing
can ack what the UI no longer lists.

kami 766ca091a7 Announce tick-inferred routines, opt-in and rate-limited (#247, #43)
The digestion tick already runs the pattern detector over all recorded
events (67563ed) and writes a proposed_routines row. What was missing is
the other half of #247: a proposal that nobody is at the mic for reaches
nothing but the /routines page, so a pattern noticed at 03:00 is only
seen if he goes looking.

This wires the tick's proposals into the existing care-delivery path
rather than a second channel: sev1 nudge, loop.Gate, dispatcher, same
routing table as an accepted routine. Restraints, since a feature that
speaks unprompted is the easiest way to turn Maven into a nag:

  - off unless configured — the new pattern_proposals block, absent by
    default, and deploy/mavend.json ships notify: false;
  - at most one announcement per tick however many patterns surfaced;
  - at most one per cooldown (24h default) across all pairs;
  - sev1, so quiet hours, away and snooze suppress it;
  - suppressed means dropped, not queued — /routines still has it;
  - once per pair for good, since proposed_routines is
UNIQUE(action, object) and the row survives dismissal.

The body is pattern.PhraseRoutine's literal Russian, not LLM-worded, so
an inferred routine cannot arrive describing something never observed.

Also raises pattern.MinEvents from 3 to 4 — the interval-quality item on
#43. Two intervals with a ±50% band is a coincidence with a mean, not a
pattern, and now that a scan of all history can announce itself the cost
of a false positive is a permanent dismissal of that pair.

kami 424d1b3446 Fire accepted routines every interval, not once (Vikunja #366)
The tick loop now reads accepted routines from the store and nudges when
their interval has passed; accepting no longer builds a one-shot reminder.
Look at routine.DueAccepted for the schedule rule (no catch-up backlog) and
at fireAcceptedRoutines for the restraint gate — routines do not bypass it.

kami 20184874b2 Add the morning routine engine — a daily checklist, not four timers
Backlog item #3 (20-07-2026-BACKLOG.md). A morning routine is a checklist for
a daily window: several items, each evidenced by a fact key, completed in any
order, checked once near the end of the window. Modelling it as four
independent reminder timers would stack into exactly the kind of noise Maven is
supposed not to produce, so the engine nags at most once per day per routine
and only for what is actually still missing.

internal/morning follows the established pure-engine pattern (loop, routine,
pattern): no store, no clock of its own. Evaluate answers "what's still
missing" at any point; Due decides whether to nag. The impurity — reading
facts under the store lock, holding the last-nudge map across ticks — stays in
the tick driver, which calls Due each tick exactly as it does for loop.Rule
and routine.Routine.

Completion evidence is a fact key's latest non-voided value timestamped inside
today's window, so manual ("выпил воды", voice-tapped) and inferred (another
daemon writing the same key) are indistinguishable and both count. Weekdays
scopes which days a routine applies to, so weekday/weekend variants are two
routine rows rather than a special case in the engine.

Exposed read-only: a MorningStatus RPC over ipc, and a /morning page in mavweb
built on the same server-rendered shape as /trace — no live-update loop, since
checklist state moves on the scale of minutes.

kami 59a4e06615 maven: scheduled routines + persistent long-term memory
Two additive proactive/recall features.

Routines (internal/routine): a third proactive class beside reminders
(user-stated) and care rules (world-state) — operator-declared clockwork.
config.routines[] (cron + literal RU body + severity) fire through the
normal dispatcher on schedule. Bodies are literal, not LLM-phrased (can't
hallucinate); rule name routine:<name> keeps them out of the care
autotuner; a cold-start guard seeds on first sight so a restart never
replays a missed schedule. Pure routine.Due + config validation, unit-
tested; the tick driver holds the last-fired map and calls fireRoutines.

Persistent memory (internal/store/memory.go): store.MemoryStore backs the
memory.Store interface with the SAME encrypted sqlite db — survives
restarts and recall text inherits at-rest encryption (no plaintext
sidecar). float32-blob vectors, brute-force cosine (ANN is a later swap
behind the interface), upsert-by-id. The daemon wires st.VectorMemory()
into wireVoice; the in-memory impl stays the test/no-store floor. Closes
the "in-memory only, lost on restart" gap (PROGRESS #8).

Gate green: gofmt/vet clean, -race across routine/config/store/mavend.

kami 354990fed0 nudge: add digest/batching mode for care nudges
When enabled, eligible nudges (sev ≤ ceiling) are queued in memory
instead of sent immediately. Every 'window' duration (or when
'max_items' reached), the queue is flushed as a single digest
notification with concatenated bodies.

Config:
  digest:
    enabled: true # default false
    window: 30m # flush window (default 30m)
    max_items: 5 # flush at this count (default 5)
    severity_ceiling: 2 # max sev batched (default 2; sev3+ bypass)

Changes:
- config.go: add DigestConfig struct with defaults
- tick.go: QueuedNudge type, digest queue/flush in TickLoop,
  shouldQueue/maybeFlush/flushDigest helpers
- main.go: pass cfg.Digest to newTickLoop
- tick_test.go: 6 new tests covering queue, flush, bypass, dedup

kami 1eca17f37b reminders: add recurring reminder support
Add cron expression support for recurring reminders using robfig/cron/v3.

Changes:
- Migration #2: ALTER TABLE reminders ADD COLUMN cron TEXT + next_fire_ts INTEGER
- Reminder struct: add Cron and NextFireTs fields
- scanReminder helper extracts full row including nullable cron
- CreateReminder: accept optional cron param, store next_fire_ts = fire_ts
- DueReminders: query on next_fire_ts instead of fire_ts
- RescheduleReminder: new method — parse cron, compute next fire, update
next_fire_ts or mark fired if no more valid times
- Dispatcher: call RescheduleReminder for cron reminders, MarkReminder for
one-shots (preserving existing behavior for ID=0 digest skip)
- ReminderCompleter interface: add RescheduleReminder method
- storeAPI adapter: forward RescheduleReminder
- All callers updated: CreateReminder signature includes cron param
- Tests: TestRecurringReminder (store), TestDispatchRecurringReminderReschedules
- Existing tests updated for new signature
