kami aee2e67c66 refactor(detekt): extract magic-number constants, wrap long lines, drop legit suppressions
Mechanical detekt cleanup across apps/core/infrastructure (behavior-preserving):
- MagicNumber 62->10: named constants + removed 'legit' MagicNumber suppressions
(Tier level from ordinal, ReplayInferenceProvider CHARS_PER_TOKEN, ConfigLoader
DEFAULT_* consts, capability scores, HTTP ranges, column widths, etc.)
- MaxLineLength cut to ~0 in production modules (line wraps, no logic change)
- Dropped one dead parameter (ConfigLoader.parseArray lineNum)

Structural findings (ReturnCount/LongMethod/Complexity/LargeClass) left for a
deliberate decomposition pass. Full build + detekt gate green.

kami 15248cae8a feat(recovery,context): tier-2 intent-holder arbiter + remaining-delta pinning + surfaced signal events
- recovery: two-tier repair ladder — owner then arbiter (recovery stage recast
as intent-holder, holds initial intent, reconciles cross-file contract disputes)
  with independent INTENT_ROUTE_BUDGET; RecoveryRoutingTest coverage
- context: remaining-delta checklist pinning (RemainingDelta{Pinning,Entry}Test)
- surface write-only events (session name, quality signals) into stats/browse
- parseToolArguments lenient-Json fallback for bare-key drift
- tools: ChildProcess seam

kami 5d48c26ec8 feat(tasks): duplicate-title guard on task creation
The doctrine says "search before creating", but that leans on the LLM; this is
the backstop against an agent re-creating a task across runs. TaskService.
findDuplicates matches active (non-terminal) same-title tasks, case- and
whitespace-insensitively — a DONE/CANCELLED look-alike is not a duplicate, since
that work may legitimately recur.

- task_create rejects a duplicate, naming the look-alike and offering force=true.
- POST /tasks → 409 with the duplicates, or force:true to override;
  correx task create --force.

kami e77b2960f9 feat(tasks): dependency-aware work graph (blockers, ready, blocking)
The DEPENDS_ON/BLOCKS link types were inert metadata — nothing reasoned about
them. TaskGraph turns them into answerable questions: what a task waits on
(its DEPENDS_ON targets plus any task that BLOCKS it), whether it is ready
(TODO with no unmet blocker — a terminal dependency stops blocking), and what
finishing it would unblock. Readiness surfaces workable tasks to claim; it
never assigns (honouring the rejected /tasks/next scheduler).

Surfaced across the stack:
- TaskService.ready / blockers / blocking.
- Context bundle: a `blocked` flag + `blocked_by` list, rendered as a prominent
"BLOCKED — waiting on ..." line, so an agent calling task_context learns it
should wait before charging at the task.
- GET /tasks?ready=true, GET /tasks/{id}/blockers; correx task ready / blockers.

Cross-project dependencies are scoped to a project for now (documented in
TaskGraph). Tests cover both link directions, terminal-dependency clearing,
the ready filter, the reverse blocking direction, the bundle flag, and REST.

kami bce62c080c feat(tasks): per-task history / audit timeline
Surfaces a task's lifecycle straight from the event log (the source of truth) so
you can see what actually happened to it — claim/submit/complete, notes, links,
git-driven status — rather than only its current state. Useful for debugging a
live agent run, where current state alone doesn't say how it got there.

- TaskHistory.render: pure timeline renderer (split content/lifecycle to stay under
  the complexity cap, mirroring DefaultTaskReducer).
- TaskService.history(id): the task's own events, in order; survives soft-delete
(the deletion is part of the trail), empty for an id that never existed.
- GET /tasks/{id}/history (200 text timeline, 404 when the id never existed) and
the `correx task history <id>` CLI command.

kami f490968dc4 feat(tasks): correx task CLI
correx task list/search/show/create/claim/complete/export over the REST
surface, with --json passthrough and pure render helpers. Completes the
human entry points alongside the TUI board.

kami 7909357747 fix(cli): format stats with Locale.ROOT so output is locale-independent
renderStats used the default-locale String.format, so under a comma-decimal
locale (e.g. ru_RU) percentages/rates rendered as "58,3" — both producing
locale-dependent CLI output and failing StatsRenderTest. Format all five
numeric rows with Locale.ROOT.

kami f8fd2601a8 feat(server,cli): event-sourced health checks — disk watermark probe (observability §4)
Health states are events. A HealthMonitor polls registered HealthProbes on an
interval and appends HealthDegraded/HealthRestored only on a status transition
(hysteresis), so health is observable, replayable, and renderable like every
other fact in the log. The probe reads nondeterministic environment state and
records it at observe-time (Invariant #9); HealthProjection rebuilds current
health by replay, never re-probing (Invariant #8). Monitor is live-only, started
in ServerModule.start alongside narration; seeded from the projection so a
restart does not re-emit a degraded the log already records.

First concrete probe: DiskWatermarkProbe — event-log + CAS size and growth rate,
warning before the 2am surprise. Read surface mirrors `correx stats`:
GET /health/checks replays the system session and `correx health` renders it.
Health events ride the reserved __system__ session, filtered from operator
session listings.

LLAMA_SERVER (liveness + tokens/sec trend) and EVENT_STORE (append/fsync latency)
probes plug into the same HealthProbe framework as follow-ups.

kami fe941408a7 feat(server, cli): observability metrics as a replayable projection + correx stats
Implements observability-spec §2 + §3-tier-1: metrics as a pure fold over the
event log, no third pillar, no OTel. Every metric is replayable over the full
historical log because it derives from events other contexts already emit — no
new EventPayload subclasses, so no serialization registry change.

- MetricsProjection: Projection<MetricsState> folding inference/tool/approval/
stage/workflow events into raw sums; approval request→decision latency is
  correlated in-fold via a transient pending-request map.
- MetricsInspectionService: rebuilds via DefaultEventReplayer, derives read-side
ratios (token throughput, avg approval wait, session wall-time accounting split
into inference / tool / approval-wait / other) into MetricsReport.
- GET /sessions/{id}/metrics route, mirroring the replay endpoint.
- `correx stats <sessionId>` CLI client (--json passthrough), mirroring replay.
- Tests: seeded-event fold correctness with controlled timestamps (7) + CLI
  render smoke tests (4).
