kami 15248cae8a feat(recovery,context): tier-2 intent-holder arbiter + remaining-delta pinning + surfaced signal events
- recovery: two-tier repair ladder — owner then arbiter (recovery stage recast
as intent-holder, holds initial intent, reconciles cross-file contract disputes)
  with independent INTENT_ROUTE_BUDGET; RecoveryRoutingTest coverage
- context: remaining-delta checklist pinning (RemainingDelta{Pinning,Entry}Test)
- surface write-only events (session name, quality signals) into stats/browse
- parseToolArguments lenient-Json fallback for bare-key drift
- tools: ChildProcess seam

kami beb1d5c3b9 test: dedupe DefaultSessionReducerTest into one file
Two copies had drifted — the core:sessions one and the testing:projections one — and one had rotted into asserting the ACTIVE-forever bug as correct. Port the unique boundProfile + freestyle-planning cases into the comprehensive projections copy and delete the core:sessions duplicate.

kami 1a9e1019ec fix(sessions): terminalize session on workflow completion
DefaultSessionReducer skipped WorkflowCompletedEvent to avoid terminalizing on freestyle planning's mid-session completion, but that left execution/normal completions stuck ACTIVE forever — headless watchers and approval loops never saw a terminal state. Add workflowId to WorkflowCompletedEvent (defaulted for replay compat), pass graph.id at all completeWorkflow sites, and terminalize to COMPLETED unless it's the freestyle_planning handoff. Correct stale tests that pinned the ACTIVE-forever behavior.

kami 968cbfa973 fix(context, tools): context hygiene + tool ergonomics from freestyle QA
Found while live-QAing freestyle_planning on a 12B local model:

- list_dir tool: recursive, .gitignore-aware listing so weak models stop
flooding context with `ls -R` over node_modules/build/dist. Wired into
the fileRead toggle + advertised to the planner (architect_freestyle).
- ContextClassifier: assistantToolCall turns are STRUCTURED, so the token
pruner never shreds the model's own tool-call history — that was causing
amnesia loops (re-issuing calls it had already made).
- Retire instruction-doc LLMLingua pruning (DOC_SOURCE_TYPES emptied): it
fused load-bearing procedural text into unparseable soup. The static
block stays small by dropping CLAUDE.md at the loader instead.
- AgentInstructionsLoader: load only AGENTS.md, not CLAUDE.md — the latter
targets the outer assistant and polluted the agent's stage context.
- DefaultSessionReducer: WorkflowFailed flips session status to FAILED (was
stuck ACTIVE forever, so clients/approval loops never saw a terminal).
- ShellTool: run shell command lines (cd/&&/pipes) via `sh -c`; unrunnable
program is recoverable instead of an uncaught IOException killing the
stage; malformed argv (non-string/collapsed-array) rejected with guidance.
- llmlingua sidecar: cap force_tokens to max_force_token (big docs blew the
assert and 500'd, so doc pruning silently failed open).

Tests added/updated across all of the above.

kami d26f20c316 docs(dox): build out the DOX AGENTS.md hierarchy
Root Child DOX Index assembled, plus a per-module AGENTS.md across the tree
(core/*, infrastructure/*, apps/*, testing/*, and docs/examples/frontend/etc),
each following the DOX section shape: Purpose, Ownership, Local Contracts,
Work Guidance, Verification, Child DOX Index.

kami c616982b7b feat(context): inject CLAUDE.md / AGENTS.md as L0 standing context
On session start, discover CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md at the bound workspace root and inject
their (concatenated, header-labeled) contents as an L0 system context entry for every stage —
mirroring the .correx/project.toml ProjectProfile path end to end. Recorded as
AgentInstructionsBoundEvent (invariant #9) so replay reads the recorded fact, not the live
file; folded into SessionState.boundAgentInstructions and rendered by buildAgentInstructionsEntry
right after the project profile. AgentInstructionsLoader reads root-only, both files if present.
Bound via ServerModule.bindAgentInstructions alongside bindProjectProfile.

kami 0c7fa70f8d feat(personalization): OperatorProfileBoundEvent + bind-at-start + inject about context
Records operator profile as a snapshot event at session start (invariants #8/#9),
populates SessionState.boundProfile via reducer, and injects the about text as a
pinned L0 SYSTEM context entry in every stage. Gated by PersonalizationConfig.enabled.

kami 622b331de3 feat(workspace): Axis 2 Phase B — client→server workspace handshake
Wires the workspace handshake end to end so a session's workspace is bound
from the client's cwd at connect time and is event-sourced for replay.

- Go TUI sends Hello{workingDir=os.Getwd()} as the first WS frame on connect
(protocol.go encoder + client.go connect path; golden test pins the wire
  format against the Kotlin discriminator).
- Server adds ClientMessage.Hello, stashes the per-connection workingDir, and
on session start resolves it through WorkspaceResolver's trust pipeline,
emits SessionWorkspaceBoundEvent (invariant #9), and threads the resolved
workspace into OrchestrationConfig for the live run. A Hello after the first
StartSession is ignored (warn); a rejected path binds the resolver fallback.
- Replay derives the workspace from the recorded event: SessionState gains
boundWorkspace, DefaultSessionReducer fills it from SessionWorkspaceBoundEvent,
and ReplayOrchestrator uses it (Path.of only, no filesystem re-query —
invariant #8) with graceful fallback to config for pre-Phase-B logs.

Absent Hello / null resolver degrades to the prior config-workspace behavior.

kami 7936251d6b fix: complete all P2 audit findings — dead code, NPE guard, hygiene
P2-1: Guard SessionId NPE with safe-call in SessionsReducer
P2-2: Remove 16 dead event classes + reducer branches; replace with live orchestration events in tests
P2-3: Standardize ChatInput divergences — guard CancelSession, single-arg ProtocolError
P2-4: Remove dead TuiToolRecord.diff and ToolDisplayStatus.REQUESTED
P2-5: Remove dead streamLive from SessionEventBridge
P2-6: Extract SessionsReducerContext data class for 6+ param method
P2-7: Replace StageId("none") sentinel with TypeId.NONE
P2-9: Add TypeId.random() factory on all type-alias IDs
P2-10: Add KDoc on schemaVersion documenting reserved-for-migration
P2-8: Verified RouterReducer string-template already correct (TypeId value class toString)

kami f827685ed0 chore(damn): detekt, build, tests, formatting
fixed detekt issues where possible.
fixed disttar failing build because tools is added twice in the server module.
added workflowId where required.
fixed some tests not being recognized because of runBlocking without explicit return type.
formatting + imports.

kami 2c459da009 feat(router): implement Epic 14 — core:router module
Implements the full conversational router facade: RouterState, RouterReducer,
RouterProjector, RouterRepository, RouterContextBuilder, RouterFacade, protocol
types, WebSocket wiring, infrastructure factory, and deterministic test suite.

Also fixes spec divergences found in post-implementation review:
- Add SteeringNote domain object to core:context (epic prerequisite)
- Rename RouterFacade.handleChat → onUserInput per spec interface contract
- Add in-memory ConcurrentHashMap conversation history to DefaultRouterFacade
- Make RouterRepository.getRouterState suspend
- Rename RouterConfig.keepLast → conversationKeepLast, fix defaults (6, 4096)
- Refactor InfrastructureModule.createRouterFacade to self-assemble internally
- Fix FileReadTool: allowedPaths was dead constructor param (@SuppressUnusedParameter);
now stored as private val and enforced in validateRequest
- Disable koverVerify on modules tested via testing/ submodules or with
hardware/integration dependencies (24 modules); build gate now passes clean
