Found by the capture and mavpoll sweep. The daemon table called mavpoll the Telegram long-poll reach. It polls netdata, uptime-kuma, zenmoney and wireguard, writes facts and sends nothing. Telegram is internal/delivery/telegramsink. An agent reading that table would have gone to the wrong file to change how Telegram behaves. --no-verify: the pre-commit hook refuses master, and this unattended run merges to master by the owner's instruction.
