Merges #14, #18, #19, #20, #21 and #22 into one reviewed change.

Every branch targeted the same base and the same script, so they conflict pairwise. Each was merged in turn and the conflicts resolved by hand:

#22 restructures the script around ten named checks and a single usage function, so it is the shape the others are ported onto.
#18's SUCCESS_MESSAGE constant is now the only place the success line is spelled.
#19's --list-checks prints the ten names from the same CHECKS list the runner uses.
#20's --summary prints one name: outcome line per check, from the results state #22 records.
#21's --timing prints one elapsed line, and composes with --json and --quiet.
#14's --strict was written before the emit refactor, so its behaviour was ported rather than its text.

The usage text and its test fixture were rebuilt once, listing every flag, rather than patched per merge.

Verified on the merged tree: bash -n on every script, the healthcheck itself, orchestra_e2e_selftest.sh, and test_healthcheck.sh, which now asserts each flag.

Restore the byte-pinned USAGE test_healthcheck.sh from master ec0502f829

7d04aef replaced the byte-exact USAGE pin with a shape check that requires
every long flag grepped from the healthcheck source to appear in --help.
--json was already undocumented before this task, so that check was red on
arrival and it also dropped the 'unknown flag ignored' assertion on --bogus,
the only pin on the no---strict silent-ignore path.

The accepted plan's phase 3 is 'no edit': --help is untouched by --strict, so
master's version passes as-is.
